Merch Booth Rental
How much does a merch booth rental cost?
Local staffed booths generally start around $5,000. The final number comes from a few inputs — here’s how to read them.
The short answer
A staffed, single-station merch booth for a local Southern California event generally starts around $5,000. That base already includes the printers, blank product, displays and signage, delivery, setup, live operation, and teardown. From there, the number moves with a handful of inputs.
What moves the price
- Stations — one press is the base; adding a second station, a hat bar, or UV DTF scales equipment and crew.
- Hours — staffing runs $250 per hour and covers setup, live time, breaks, and teardown, so a two-day expo costs more crew time than a four-hour reception.
- Product — whether we source Bella+Canvas and Richardson blanks in quantity or press onto goods you provide.
- Travel — $0 inside OC, LA, and San Diego; a flat $900 outside that radius; custom logistics for true nationwide programs.
Because these inputs vary so much, we quote instead of publishing a fixed sticker. Send the specifics and the number we send is the number you pay.
