Hat bar & patch application
Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps with pressed patches, names, or numbers. Guests pick a blank and a patch and we finish it at the counter — a reliable line-builder at festivals.
Blank apparel, stocked
Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan heavyweights, hoodies, and staff apparel in the colors and sizes you approve. We can source quantities or press onto blanks you provide.
Displays & signage
Product racks, folding tables, backdrop, menu boards, and lighting. The booth reads as a branded destination on a busy floor, not a folding table with a banner.
Canopy or counter
Outdoor 10x10 or 10x20 canopies for festivals, or a clean counter build for indoor conference halls. We match the structure to your venue's rules.
UV DTF stickers & hard goods
Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics for tumblers, bottles, and rigid swag when you want a premium giveaway alongside the apparel.
Beyond the apparel table
We also run screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving when a program calls for it — but for a rented live booth, heat-press and DTF are the workhorses because they produce full-color pieces on demand with no minimums. If your event wants embroidered caps handed out finished, we plan that around the run of show instead of live.
Staffing is part of the rental. Trained operators run every station, manage the queue, and handle the machines. Staffing is billed at $250 per hour and includes setup, live hours, breaks, and teardown so nothing about the booth is left to your team.

- 10x10 single station — one printer, a rack, and signage for smaller crowds or tight expo aisles.
- 10x20 two-station — a press station plus a hat bar, doubling throughput on a busy day.
