The whole stall, ready to run
When you rent a merch booth from us, you’re renting an event experience, not equipment. Everything needed to print and hand off merch shows up, gets built by our crew, and gets loaded out clean at the end. Here is the full list.
What arrives with the booth
- Live printers — heat presses and DTF equipment for full-color, on-demand apparel.
- Blank product — Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan heavyweights, hoodies, Richardson 112 caps, and totes in your approved colors and sizes.
- Displays — product racks, folding tables, a backdrop, menu boards, and lighting.
- Structure — an outdoor canopy or a clean indoor counter build matched to your venue.
- Signage — a branded menu and booth graphics so it reads as a destination.
- Trained staff — operators who run the machines, the menu, and the queue.
- Logistics — delivery, setup, live operation, and teardown, all handled.
Optional add-ons include a hat bar with patch application, UV DTF stickers and tumblers, and larger island footprints for high-traffic events.
What you bring
Just your artwork and your event details. You approve the designs, colors, and product menu; we handle everything from the truck to the last finished shirt. If you’d rather supply your own blanks, we can press onto those instead.
